DESICCATED COCONUT
Desiccated coconut is coconut meat that has been chopped or peeled and then dried to remove moisture as much as possible. There are a number of different styles of desiccated coconut used throughout the world, commonly used in curry making, bread, candy, ice cream, beverages and more. Desiccated coconut is divided into two types: Fine and Medium grain. Fine grain is the smallest, finest size, Medium is larger and finer grain. The dried desiccated coconut is as white as opaque, with a slight aroma of coconut.
We provide dry desiccated coconut with high, medium and smooth fat contents. Our products do not contain any preservatives or additives.
